Introducing.....Lena Michelle Travis

Lena Michelle Travis Arrived on January 27th, 2011
7Lbs 2.1 Ounces and 19.5 Inches Long

We are so in love with her and our enjoying our time as a family. As soon as I have more time I will blog about her birth and how our 1st couple of weeks go. I am doing great and healing nicely Ryan has been amazing and I am so lucky to have him not only as my husband but as the father of our beautiful baby girl!!!

39 weeks and STILL PREGNANT

That's right ladies and gentleman....... I am still pregnant, I am currently 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant I am almost to my breaking point. Everyone keeps telling me to be patient that she will come when she is ready, and no offense to them but they need not to tell me that because if one more person tells me that I may go insane. I am now sick with a sore throat and a few body aches, Ryan is taking really good care of me. My mom and Scott flew in on Monday and we have been going ever since.

Tuesday we had a Dr Appt and she informed me that I was still High, meaning she hasn't dropped. They can't induce me because of the risk of the cord wrapping around Lena's neck or falling out. My Dr also informed me that my pelvic bones are very narrow and she is concerned that she might not fit through the birth canal. So on Monday we have another Appt, which is her Official Due Date, I am hoping that she has dropped or that my Dr will perform a C-Section. I will keep you all posted!!!

Our Last Christmas...... Just The 2 Of Us

So this year I wanted Christmas to be different since it will be our last Christmas just Ryan and I as a family of 2, because next year we will be the 3 of us. We Spent Christmas morning over at Brady and Kry's house we spent the morning making breakfast and opening gifts. Then we went home to change and then headed to the Arizona Cardinals Game, we went with a bunch of friends and did some tailgating. It was a great way to spend christmas, just us 2 with friends. Ryan got me some really great things and of course I spoiled him rotten because he deserves it.
